I believe that a strong, trusting relationship with my clients is crucial in the effectiveness of therapy. Therefore, I approach the therapeutic space as my true self. I don’t believe in putting on a one-size-fits-all “therapist hat” for sessions. I enjoy having genuine connections with my clients and will gladly share a good laugh or be witness to a much needed cry.

A little about me: I am a native Northern Californian. When I'm not in the office you can find me having dance parties with my son, walking - I love a good long walk - listening to a podcast (Smartless is a current favorite), practicing yoga and hitting up every pizza joint in San Francisco. I feel truly humbled and privileged to accompany people on their journey through life's ups and downs. I am so grateful to do this work.
